established in June 2025 is a dynamic financial solutions provider and business process outsourcing (BPO) hub, born from the strategic integration of Boresha Credit Services Limited Kenya and Boresha Processing Hub Limited. Operating as a subsidiary, BCSLU carries forward a legacy of excellence, offering tailored debt collection services and scalable business processing outsourcing solutions across East Africa.
At BCSLU, we don’t just offer services 4 we build strategic partnerships. Our mission is to drive growth, empower youth, and deliver operational excellence for our clients across Uganda and beyond. BCSLU is anchored on the National Business Process Outsourcing Policy 2025 which has been
developed to spur economic development in the Country through optimal labour utilization. The Policy aims at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness through ICT-enabled innovative solutions to support business processes and promote the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry in the country for sustainable development. In addition, the Policy is intended to encourage the export of BPO services by private sector operators. The BPO sector is vital for economic growth, global competitiveness, and the creation of gainful employment while leveraging technology
