BCSL believes in creation and preparation of reports is the best way to frequently report to client on collection progress and for management decisions. The reporting is on daily, weekly and monthly basis depending on the type of report required. Below is a list of some of the reports provided to clients;
Daily Reports
ACM activity report from the Dialler and Smart Collect System; this incudes
dispositions/ Contact status, payments posted, PTP generated and conversion
rate on the system for the previous day.
PTP report for the already booked accounts for the day shared with ACMs to
call to ensure no spillage of PTPs to the next date and minimize broken
promises to pay.
Client’s daily status report submitted by COB as per request.
Daily performance analysis per ACMs (Dashboard) MTD collection against
monthly Target set per the book value held. This is also done for the Team and
also the Team Leaders.
Overall performance monitoring by use of graphs and trends and give the
insightful information for decision making by the management.
