At Boresha Credit Services Uganda Limited, we offer flexible, transparent, and competitive pricing models tailored to the unique needs and scope of each client engagement. Our pricing is structured to reflect service type, staffing requirements, service hours, technology usage, and performance outputs.

Pricing Models Offered

a. Per Agent/Seat Pricing

Ideal for long-term engagements requiring dedicated full-time staff.

  • Cost: per agent/month
  • Includes: Salaries, supervision, training, infrastructure, CRM usage, and reporting
  • Shifts: 8–12 hours/day (adjustable
    based on client needs)

 b. Commission-Based (Debt Collection Services)

Performance-based billing linked to recovered amounts.

  • Rate: 10% – 20% of recovered debt
  • Depends on: Age of debt, volume, collection complexity

 c. Project-Based Pricing

For custom BPO assignments like data
cleansing, surveys, or system migration.

  • Flat Fee or Milestone Billing
  • Cost: Quoted after project scoping and requirements analysis

Cost Inclusions

All our pricing models typically cover:
• Skilled personnel and team leaders
• Internet and power backup
• Call center technology (VoIP, CRM, ACD, call recording)
• Office space and equipment
• Training, quality assurance, and supervision
• SLA monitoring and regular reporting

Payment Terms

• Monthly Retainers: Due by the 5th of every month
• Commission-Based Payments: Invoiced monthly based on recovered amounts
• Project Work: 50% deposit, 50% upon completion or milestone delivery
